Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition Requirements:
- Unworn and unused
- Original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their special nature, we can’t accept returns on:
- Custom belts & buckles (from our Men’s Belts & Buckles collection)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Products missing original tags or packaging
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond quicker than a prairie wind (usually within 24 hours) with return authorization and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package & Ship
Pack items securely in original packaging with:
- Completed return form (we’ll email it)
- Copy of your invoice
Use a trackable method – we recommend the same carrier used for delivery (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
Step 4: Receive Refund/Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed in 3-5 business days to original payment
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
Shipping Costs & Refund Details
- Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility (unless our error)
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable
- Exchange shipping: We cover cost of sending new item

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For partners outside the U.S.:
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We can’t refund original customs/duties charges
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility
